The Gerber Highbrow Compact is an EDC pocket knife with an assisted opening. This means that a spring will help it as you open the knife. As such it will open smoothly. A great feature! As such you make sure that the knife doesn't accidentally open in your pocket.

Gerber used aluminium for the handle. Because the surface behind the lock differs in terms of texture, the illusion of a bolster is created optically. A great detail. All in all the Gerber Highbrow Compact is a great pocket knife for a great price.
