Exchanges and returns

1. SELECT GOODS
Enter your order number of the goods you wish to return or exchange and the e-mail address associated with the order.

Then follow the simple instructions and submit the form. We will prepare everything, have the goods ready for you if you request an exchange and wait for your package.

The products can be returned within 30 days, but must be delivered in their original condition - unworn, undamaged and with labels.

2. SEND US THE GOODS
Once you have submitted the form, all you have to do is send the goods to our address:

YOU DON'T NEED TO PRINT ANYTHING, JUST WRITE THE NUMBER OF YOUR ORDER ON A PLAIN SHEET OF PAPER AND PUT IT IN THE PACKAGE.

3. OUR ROLE
When your package arrives, we will check it carefully. If everything is in order, we will transfer the money to your bank account. Refunds take a maximum of 14 days, but we do everything we can to get you your money even faster, usually within a few days. Please contact us if you have not received the money within two weeks - we will certainly be able to find and resolve the cause together.

If you wish to exchange the goods for a different size and the original goods are OK, we will send you a package with a new size immediately.

If the goods do not meet the return conditions (visibly used, defective or incomplete), we will send the goods back to your address with an explanation.
